Our client, a leading CPG company is searching for a Brand Manager to join their team. The Brand Manager provides leadership and support while assisting sales teams to achieve business objectives, and uses their experience to strategically plan and manage various brands to achieve numerous business objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategies for multiple brands. Strong promotional experience and the ability to analyze market and consumer trends is a must have. Collaborating with the sales team and senior management you will manage short and long term objectives and handle projects that include packaging adjustments and new product launches. Leading cross functional teams, you will provide accurate budget forecasting and be responsible for all marketing spend, and ensure strong communication to consumers via effective engagement strategies.

Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have a University Degree, a minimum of 3-5 years of strategic marketing experience in the consumer packaged goods industry, and a minimum of 1-2 years experience as a Marketing Manager or Brand Manager. You will have strong written and oral communication skills, and most importantly the ability to work independently while also building strong relationships with both internal and external partners. AC Nielsen data experience, along with any competing data programs, is definitely an asset. Your strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple priorities also makes you an ideal candidate.
